I have both, and I use both for different reasons. Facebook is more of a delayed-interaction site for friends I have through school or work. Twitter is like an instant messenger almost for friends I have online. So it depends, really, on what you want to use it for and with whom.

Both! And by the way, Twitter is integrating with Google…so watch out…there will be grand things happening.

Facebook, no question. I’m addicted…. The fact that I only know a handful of twitter-ers might be a factor.

Facebook, because I don’t know what twitter is.

Facebook.
Twitter’s still relatively unknown. I can’t say to someone, “If you need anything, just look me up on Twitter,” but I can–for the most part–say, “Just look me up on Facebook.” Most people haven’t the slightest idea as to what Twitter is. Although its certainly got the potential to be incredibly useful like Facebook, you can’t have a social networking site without people to socialize with. For the most part, I use Twitter for keeping in touch with a few of my geeky friends, but for little more.
