Who should resign? How about any of the above who broke the law. Now which of those do you think qualify?

I didn’t mean to limit your answer to the choices presented above. I’m just asking who you think should resign.
I posted this question because there have been a lot of calls for resignations this week. Imus was fired last week. I stayed away from Virginia Tech because I didn’t want to appear to be making light of it, but there have been discussions of who should resign over this as well.
So I’m curious what people think. Should breaking the law be the only standard for resignation? What about a monumental screw up? What about when PR concerns are involved? Does freedom of speech always protect you against your employer?
Did anyone resign over 9/11? Did anyone resign over Katrina? Should they have? Why was Rumsfeld let go? Why was he really let go?
So I’m curious what people think about this. As for myself, I think that there are situations when someone needs to go, but I also think there needs to be some caution against scapegoating.
I didn’t really answer the question either. Who should resign? Paul Wolfowitz should.
